Refund Window

• Your refund request may be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original purchased condition with tags attached.
• Items must be unworn and in original packaging and not damaged in any way.
• We reserve the right to inspect all returns and to refuse any returned product at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are made to the original payment method after we have received the product and approved the request. If this payment method is invalid we would not be able to process your refund.
• Allow up to 3–5 business days to process credit card refunds, and up to 10 business days for debit card and checking account refunds.
• Cancelling an already shipped order: You may receive a full refund on a canceled order, however if your package has already shipped from our warehouse you first must return the unopened package to receive a refund. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All returns must be shipped using a qualified shipping service and include a tracking number.
• We are not responsible for lost returned items that do not arrive at our return facility.
• Original shipping charges are usually not refundable. We reserve the right to refund these costs at our discretion.
• Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refused delivery, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
